Léonore Aberdam cherche à sortir le dessin du cadre conventionnel de la feuille. Elle est intéressée par l’iconographie populaire, les symboles, la reproduction des signes, qu’elle parodie et rend monstrueuses dans la continuité de la tradition de la danse macabre.

Léonore Aberdam aims to bring the drawing practice beyond the conventional framework of sheet of paper. Interested in popular iconography, symbols, the reproductibity of signs, of which she does a parody and makes monstrous in the continuity of the tradition of danse macable.
