LA CULTURE DES INDIVIDU.E.S
est une performance courte, qui se répète en boucle, dans un
espace réduit et clos pour très peu de spectateurs
spectatrices. Il s’agit, en combinant des éléments
plastiques, chorégraphiques, performatifs, musicaux, lyriques,
gymnastiques, et littéraires de restituer au réel sa
complexité et son instabilité et de susciter une relation
singulière et vivante entre les spectateurs-spectatrices, le
performeur et la situation.
LA CULTURE DES
INDIVIDU.E.S est un évènement qui combine différents
éléments gymastiques, littéraires, lyriques, chorégraphiques,
plastiques, musicaux et spectaculaires : des matelas (empilés et
tumultueux), des liqueurs (s'évaporant), des glaives
(tranquilles), des lampes (acérées et possiblement
tournoyantes), un récit (une historiette de Robert Walser), des
musiques (Olivier Messiaen et Bohren und der Club of Gore,
superposés et enlacés), du chant (calme et résonnant la prose
de Walser), des acrobaties (langoureuses), des disparitions
(tranquilles), des implorations (souriantes)...
Dans un lent
mouvement, ensommeillé et résolu, les différents éléments
s'agencent, gonflent, choient, s'envolent.
Il y a donc privilège ravissant à pouvoir accompagner Chaignaud quelques instants dans cette alcôve (imaginaire). - Gerard Mayen, Movement.net

LA CULTURE DES INDIVIDU.E.S
is a short
performance, repeating itself in a loop, in a tiny and closed
space with only a few spectators. By combining fine arts, dance,
performance, music, theatre, gymnastics and literature you can
render the complexity and instability of real life but also
create a special and lively relationship between the spectators,
the performing artist and the happening.
LA CULTURE
DES INDIVIDU.E.S is an event that combines
different elements of gymnastics, literature, poetry,
choreography, fine arts, music and performance : mattresses
(piled up and bustling), fragrances (evaporating), blades
(quietened), lamps (sharpened and possibly rotating), tale (a
small story from Robert Walser), music (Olivier Messiaen, Bohren
und der Club of Gore, layered and intertwined), singing (slow and
reverberating Walser prose), gymnastics (languishing),
disappearances (quite), supplications (smiling)...
